• Use our services or content for commercial purposes beyond your own business
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices

User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

Payment Terms

All fees are in United States dollars (USD) and must be paid in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Strategy generation limits are enforced per account, and additional strategies may be purchased by contacting our team.

Confidentiality

Your business information and questionnaire responses are confidential and will be treated as such. We implement reasonable measures to protect your confidential information and will not disclose it to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any interruptions, delays, or data loss.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Changes to Terms
